User Friendly RMM maintains a no refund policy. Once services are purchased, they are considered final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services offered on our website, including but not limited to remote monitoring and management, enhanced email security, managed cloud backup, network monitoring, and password management services. We encourage our customers to review their purchase decisions carefully before completing any transactions.
